Principal's Welcome

We are truly excited to welcome you to the Deanby Centre Special School, a nurturing environment dedicated to pupils aged 3-19 with severe learning difficulties. Established in  September 2024, we offer a continuous educational journey from Nursery through Key Stage 2.

At Deanby Centre Special School, we are committed to fostering a safe and caring atmosphere where every child feels a genuine sense of belonging. Our approach is rooted in compassion and mutual respect, ensuring that all students are valued members of our diverse and inclusive community. We believe in the quiet strength of each child, supporting them to explore, discover, and learn in ways that resonate with their individual needs.
